It Started With a Problem We Kept Hearing

Every fashion designer we spoke to had the same story. Orders managed in WhatsApp threads. Customer measurements scribbled in notebooks. Deadlines tracked on sticky notes or — if they were being organised — a chaotic spreadsheet. And somewhere in that system, things fell through the cracks. A delivery forgotten. Customer Profiles — every client in one place, with their full order history, contact details, and notes attached.
Smart Notifications — six alert types that keep you ahead of deadlines, outstanding payments, and overdue work.
Payment Tracking — know exactly who has paid, who hasn't, and how much is outstanding across your entire business.

What We Learned Building This

The biggest lesson: fashion designers don't want to learn new software. They want their current workflow — but faster, more reliable, and without the anxiety of things slipping. Every design decision in Fitt was made with that in mind.
