Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account and use the App:

• Account information: Your name, business name, phone number, email address, and profile photo.
• Customer data: Names, phone numbers, addresses, and gender of your customers that you enter into the App.
• Order data: Order names, prices, due dates, measurements, notes, and photos (reference images and completion photos) associated with orders you create.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the App, including which screens you visit and features you use.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the Fitt service:

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• To store and display your customers, orders, and measurements within the App.
• To generate order receipts and summaries that you choose to share.
• To send in-app notifications about order deadlines and due dates.
• To improve the App based on how features are used.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' data to any third party. Your business data belongs to you.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS.
• Row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data.
• Secure authentication with email verification and password hashing.
• Secure cloud storage for photos and images with time-limited access URLs.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.

Your Customers' Data

As a Fitt user, you act as the data controller for the information you store about your own customers. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent from your customers to store their personal information in the App.
• Using your customers' data only for legitimate business purposes related to their orders.
• Deleting customer data from the App when it is no longer needed or upon request from your customer.

Fitt does not access, view, or use the personal information of your customers for any purpose other than displaying it within your account.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and business records for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

You may delete individual customers, orders, or photos at any time from within the App. Deleted data is removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Third-Party Services

Fitt uses the following third-party services to operate the App. Each of these services has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (supabase.com/privacy).
• Expo — app distribution and updates (expo.dev/privacy).

We do not share your personal data with any advertising networks, analytics companies, or data brokers.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you at any time through your account settings.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information through the Edit Profile section of the App.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Export your data — your orders, customers, and measurements are accessible within the App at all times.

Children's Privacy

Fitt is designed for use by adult business owners and is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of Fitt after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
