Everything you need to know about Fitt. Can't find what you're looking for? Email us at support@fittapp.net.
Fitt is a business management app built specifically for fashion designers. If you take custom clothing orders, manage multiple clients, and juggle deadlines — Fitt is for you. It replaces spreadsheets, paper notes, and mental overhead with a clean, fast app designed around the way designers actually work.
Yes — Fitt is completely free to download and use. No credit card required, no hidden fees. We plan to introduce a Fitt Plus subscription tier in the future with premium features, but the core app will always remain free.
Fitt is currently available on iOS (iPhone). Download it from the App Store. Android support is something we're considering for the future — let us know if that's important to you.
Getting started takes less than 2 minutes:
1. Create your account with your email
address.
2. Add your first customer — name
and contact details.
3. Create your first
order, set a deadline, and you're off.
Fitt will start
sending you reminders automatically.
Tap the + button on the Orders screen. You'll be prompted to select a customer (or create a new one), set the order details, add a deadline, and specify the payment amount. The whole process takes under 30 seconds.
Swipe left on any order card to reveal the complete action, or open the order and tap the complete button. Completed orders automatically move to the bottom of your list so active work stays on top.
Yes. Tap on any order to open the detail view, then tap the edit icon. You can update the deadline, payment status, notes, or any other detail at any time.
The free version of Fitt supports a generous number of orders for most designers. When we launch Fitt Plus, it will include unlimited orders for high-volume businesses. We'll give plenty of notice before any limits are introduced.
Go to the Customers tab and tap +. Enter the customer's name, phone number, and any notes. You can also create a customer on the fly when creating a new order — just tap "New Customer" in the customer picker.
Yes. Tap on any customer to open their profile. You'll see their full order history — active and completed — along with all their contact details and notes in one view.
You can add notes to both customer profiles and individual orders. This is a great place to store measurements, fabric preferences, fitting observations, or anything else relevant to that client. We're actively exploring a dedicated measurements field — suggest it if it's important to you.
Fitt sends six types of smart notifications:
Due Today — morning reminder for orders due
that day
Overdue — alert when a deadline
passes without completion
Deadline Approaching
— 2-day early warning
Payment Outstanding
— for completed orders with unpaid balance
Order Confirmed
— confirmation when a new order is created
Order Completed
— summary notification on completion
When you first launch Fitt, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. If you declined, you can re-enable them anytime by going to your iPhone's Settings → Fitt → Notifications and turning them on.
Granular notification controls are on our roadmap. For now, notifications are managed at the system level via iPhone Settings. If this is important to you, tell us and we'll prioritize it.
